The Historic Browning has always been a gathering space.

Wheather you are planning an event, or hosting a retreat, we are delighted to help make your visit memorable and exceed your expectations.


Weekends fill up fast for events. We recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance depending on your  date.  

Event Fees $100.00/ hr (4 hour minimum includes set-up,cleanup) up to 30 guests
Includes:
-use of home common spaces, deck, and yard.
-coffee, tea, & punch
-catering service availible
-dish use fee $75.00
-outside food allowed with $75.00 cleaning fee
